Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NouNou Marrakech, If you do not agree, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

NouNou Marrakech connects families in Marrakech with professional nannies. We provide a platform for reservations, communication and service management. NouNou Marrakech does not recruit nannies directly, but acts as an intermediary between families and nannies.

User eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.
Nannies must meet the platform's criteria and pass due diligence.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

Reservations and payments

All reservations must be made via the NouNou Marrakech platform.
Payments are secured via our payment gateway.
Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in section 6.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers : Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges.
Nannies : Failure to honor a reservation may result in sanctions or exclusion from the platform.

Responsibilities

NouNou Marrakech : We ensure that the platform functions correctly but are not responsible for the behavior of nannies or customers.
Customers : You are responsible for providing a safe environment for nannies.
Nannies : You must adhere to professional standards and the agreed schedule.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to NouNou Marrakech. Please consult our Privacy Policy for more details on how we manage your personal data.

Forbidden activities

Users cannot :

Use the platform for illegal purposes.
Provide false information or impersonate another person.
Harass or harm others via the platform.

Limitation of liability

NouNou Marrakech declines all responsibility for :

Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
Disputes between customers and nannies.

Termination of Services

NouNou Marrakech reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech.
